Carers Week 2008

Carers Week 2008 will take place from 9 - 15 June with the theme: 'Carers can't afford to be ill'.
During the fourteenth annual Carers Week, we are aiming to highlight the effect caring can have on the lives of carers, especially their health and wellbeing.
We want to hear about carers' experiences; the rewards and the frustrations and the effect on your health. An online questionnaire has just been launched, which all carers are invited to complete.
Please visit Carers Week survey to take part.
It can be completed online or you can download a copy; it should only take a few minutes of your time.
To find out more about Carers Week and what is happening both nationally and in your local area, or to access free leaflets, posters and promotional materials, visit the Carers Week Website.
The Princess Royal Trust for Carers is one of ten charities working in partnership to organise this year's Carers Week. Last year over 1,000 local partners organised more than 6,000 events and activities; in 2008 we aim for the number to be even greater.
