Got this great book off amazon (sorry cant remember the cost but around £15 or less)- by Jane Matthews: 'How To Books' is the publisher:
Its got loads of up to date info for us lot, re benefits, employment, respite, carers assessments, charities and all sorts of info on legal stuff.
Matthews awas a carer so speaks from experience as she got fed up with lack of good info on subject of caring.
Personally I think its well worht the money althop it might seem a bit expensive.
