Charity survey about information on equipment for disabled children

I hope it is OK to post this here - I didn't see anything in the house rules so am presuming it is OK.
The Disabled Living Foundation, a national charity that povides impartial advice about equipment for older and disabled people, is conducting a survey for parents of disabled children about their access to information about equipment for their children.
