New Bus Passes

My wife got her new bus pass today and what a surprise it is wrong. They have not put the companion logo on the pass which is a C with 2people within it. Phones council and they have said "they have been flooded with complaints about the new passes".
So much for an easy change over , seems to me that it has been a c*** up if they can not get this right what hope for ID cards
.
Well just saying to all the people who read these please check the cards are how they should be and if not contact your local council.

"Carers or Companions will not receive free travel unless they are eligible for a pass themselves" - however, individual Local Authorities may have additional benefits.
