holiday for disabled 16 year old

does anyone know of any groups who take disabled teens on hoiday?
My 16 year old would love a chance to get away from mum and dad(a weekend even,mum would worry!)
He is full time wheelchair user ith limited arm strength so would need personal care.we are in n.ireland.

I live in N.Ireland too but dont personally know of anywhere.
There are two PRCT Centres in Northern Ireland , one in Newry and one in Belfast. They may be able to assist you in this.

Don't know whereabouts you live in N.Ireland or whether these Centres have catchment areas, but they may be able to point you in right direction.
