Grant or financial help with sound proofing any advice?

Hi I hope some one can that can help with sound proofing my maisonette i am not sure where to start i myself have mental health problems and look after an adult with learning disabilities. The soundproofing is required urgently and unless i take out a big loan and i am already in debt our quality of life is going down the pan rapidly.
Hope someone can advise.

Do you have any support team in place who you can ask for advice on if there are grants available in your area for sound proofing? If not contact Housing Aid, details of your nearers centre are on the web site:
They are able to give advice on issues which you are facing.
