Is there a place where carers from Cardiff can meet up?

Hi all, i just wondered if there was anyone else who would like to meet up perhaps once a month and to make new friends who understand your problems.Im 54,on my own and although i dont live with my 90 year old dad i try to go over to see him everyday.My mam died last year, my dad is registered blind and i have anxiety problems.Just a thought, if anyones interested let me know.Perhaps there is a meeting place set up already,take care Judy.

Rachel if we cant get into a proper carers centre perhaps we could get to know each other by email for a bit and then meet up in town perhaps.Who are you caring for? and how old are you?if you dont mind me asking.Please keep in touch,take care Judy.
