Jan Bobrowska

Primary Care Facilitator

Jan works with G.P. Practices, pharmacies, dental surgeries and opticians in Flintshire providing information on services for Carers,and raising awareness of Carers issues.

Jan is also responsible for developing and organising parts of our training programme, which promotes Carers health and well-being.

Karen Fisher

Grants Officer

Karen will be administering the gardening,holiday and home maintenance grants and co-ordinating the holistic therapy sessions which are held throughout the County in G.P. Surgeries and Community Hospitals whilst Viv is on maternity leave.

Celia Hughes

Community Hospital Carer Support Facilitator

Celia is responsible for providing support to Carers within Flintshire Community Hospitals, particularly around the time when the cared-for is being discharged home. A new hospital admission and discharge pack is now available to help support Carers.

Celia is available to speak to Carers at the hospitals and can also arrange home visits on request.

Barry Martin

Carer Service Administrator

Barry administers the training programme for carers as well as organising the weekly drop in.Barry also organises events for carers and gives support to the Carers Consultation Network.

Claire Sullivan

Carer services Co-Ordinator

Claire line manages the NEWCIS Flintshire team and co-ordinates NEWCIS services in the County.

Claire also works in partnership with Adult Social Care to plan sevices for Carers and, as part of the planning process, ensures that their views are put forward.
