I am Cheryl Dickenson a carer of two teenage children with needs.

This was my first trip to Ammerdown and I found it to be exactly as it was described. A place of peace and tranquility and a day out for someone to pamper me. I chose reflexology and had a go at beginners Tai Chi. I walked the beautiful grounds after a delightful lunch. And was served afternoon tea and cake. It was a great opportunity to meet other carers and have a few relaxed laughs. It was a welcome respite from my normal caring duties. I came back from my day feeling relaxed and rejuvinated.

Ammerdown is a experience I would definately recommend.
