A new email helpline has been set up by The Princess Royal Trust Carers Service to provide personalised advice and information to carers.
It is hoped it will particularly benefit carers who are working, who are unable to visit or telephone one of our offices or who would simply prefer to email their enquiry.
The aim is to provide information and advice on all aspects of coping with caring.
Deborah Wilson, Carer Services Manager, says she hopes the new service will give carers greater access to help and advice and complement the service’s existing methods of support.
She added: “The new email service is for all carers and is confidential.
“We have access to a wide range of up-to-date information and are able to sign post to other organisations where appropriate.
We will respond promptly to your queries but please bear in mind that it may take some time to gather the relevant information. We look forward to hearing from you.”
