Support for GPs
We are pleased to work in partnership with local G.P. Practices to publicise our Centre's services in the surgery. G.P.s and Practice staff are encouraged to refer Carers to the Centre where we can offer them a range of support and advice services to suit their needs.
If a Carer is unable to visit the Centre it may be possible to arrange a home visit.
