Most GP practices are now compiling a register of Carers to ensure that their patients who are Carers are given the support they may require to continue in their caring role. You can help your GP by making sure they know about your caring responsibilities.

Please tell your GP or the receptionist in your practice so they can flag your records accordingly. By doing this it will ensure your practice can give you any additional support or information you may require.
