As part of our achievement of PQASSO Level 1 (a quality mark for small businesses) the Centre has designed and agreed a Carers Charter. This charter is a promise by the staff and Board members of the Centre about our values and practices when supporting Carers. The charter states:

◘ be professional and have well informed employees who take a pride in what they
do.
◘ be positive and provide services which meet your requirements.
◘ specify, within resources, what we will provide and inform you what you can
expect to receive.
◘ respect your individual right to privacy and confidentiality.
◘ get things right first time.
◘ enable you to tell us when we don’t get things right.
◘ respond effectively to complaints and use your feedback to ensure continuous
improvement.
