Carers Groups
Carers Groups are support groups set up and maintained by carers themselves.
The format that the group takes will depend on the needs and desires of the people who attend.
Usually it takes the form of an informal chat with other carers over a coffee, but can be more structured and informative if required.

The Long Term Care Group
When the person you have been caring for moves into a care home, you may need support to help you cope with the changes.
This group meets in the Brunton Hall Musselburgh on the second Thursday of each month at 1pm.
