Acupressure Massage
The Project provides seated onsite acupressure massage on alternate Friday mornings between 10am - 12.30pm. This health promoting massage takes approximately 20 minutes and the recipient remains fully clothed while the massage practitioner works on over 60 acupresure points in the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and head. No oils or lotions are used. It is similar to acupuncture but no needles are used, just thumbs and elbows. It both relaxes and rejuvenates.
