This monthly event is available to all carers of all ages within the Falkirk area.

We meet on the first Tuesday of each month, from 12 noon until 2.00pm in the St Francis Xavier's Church Hall, Hope Street, Falkirk.

It is an opportunity to relax, have a chat and enjoy a freshly prepared buffet lunch. It is an informal gathering of people who come along when they can.

You can stay for the whole session or just drop in for a short time and new carers are always welcome.

There is a small charge of £1.50 for lunch.

Please feel free to bring along some needlework or a craft project and share tips and ideas with others.
