Access to Health for the Carer or the Cared for Over 65

If you are a Carer it can be difficult to respond to an urgent problem, such as your own health failing. When someone depends on you, it is difficult to just drop everything to see to your own needs. The Access to Health project can:

• Provide support

• Help co-ordinate multiple appointments

• Assist with arranging transport

• Ensure appointments are community based when possible
