Joan Martin
Adult Carers Development Worker
I work with the adult carers in Salford. I produce a free monthly newsletter which aims to keep carers informed on issues of interest to them. If you don't receive the newsletter and want to go on the mailing list please contact me on 0161 833 0217. I also organise trips and alternative therapy sessions and advertise them in the newsletter. I can organise training for carers on various subjects if required. I am part of regular training programmes offered to hospital staff and social work students raising awareness of carers' rights and needs.
