Publications produced by the Centre are as follows

Newsletter

Our free A5 Newsletter is designed to keep carers informed of services available and events and drop-ins taking place. It provides carers with the opportunity to share experiences but also keeps them informed of national issues affecting their caring role.

Our Newsletter is published 3 times per year and the next editions are: September 2008 and January 2009. We welcome contributions from Carers, professionals and other local voluntary groups at least one month before these dates.

Carers can contact our Helpline on 0800 085 0307 for a copy of the latest newsletter and/or have your details added to the mailing-list. Thank you.

Posters

Posters for professionals - A4 posters giving details of Cheshire Carers Centre services including the Helpline and Factsheet packs. Also A4 posters for display at GPs Surgeries by Carer Links.

Carers Factsheets

The Carers Factsheets are aimed primarily at Carers and provide information on many different issues affecting Carers. Topics include information on benefits, other financial matters, statutory services, transport, equipment, getting a break, Young Carers and Parent Carers. A brief directory of useful contact details for local statutory and voluntary organisations is included.

Further factsheets will be added to the pack in the future.

Carers are encouraged to request a pack from the Centre.
