Anna maintains the financial records and is responsible for the Centre's financial operations and reporting, as well as office management.

Ajay Dadlani

Carers Support Worker

Ajay is currently responsible for the Manchester Carers Emergency Card scheme.

Ajay generally works Monday - Thursdays.

Shirley Devine

Chief Executive

Shirley is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the Centre working alongside the Board of Trustees. Shirley is responsible for overall management of the charity and ensures the high quality of all Carers Centre services for Carers. She maintains current funding streams and identifies opportunities and new projects for development, and fundraises to achieve new services for carers. She raises the profile of the organisation through a variety of means.

Cathy Doherty

Carers Information & Support Officer

Cathy provides information, advice, advocacy and support for carers on the Carersline and supports the Mental Health Support Group.

Cathy generally works on Mon, Tues, Wed & Fridays 9.30 am - 2.45 pm.

Beverley Figaji

Carers Service Operations Manager

Beverley supports Shirley by working flexibily to share the general centre workload which includes deputising as required.

Manages and oversees entire operational activities and service delivery, ensuring that all services are delivered consistently to high quality standards in line with targets and contractual compliance.

Vicky Flynn

Carers Services Co-ordinator

Vicky supervises the team of Carers Information & Support Officers, supports the Carers groups and manages volunteers.

Annice Jenkins

Volunteer Information Worker

Annice volunteers at the centre each week organising information for use by Carers and staff.

Gemma Knightley

PA to the Chief Executive

Gemma supports the Chief Executive and carries out general administration at the Centre.

Miriam MacLeod-Iredale

Carers Information and Support Officers

Miriam provides information, advice, advocacy and support on the Carersline and supports Carers in the Thursday Carers Drop In.

As well as her regular activities Miriam has recently been responsible for assisting Carers to go on respite breaks in the Cotswolds. Miriam has worked on the current newsletter team for the Summer 2008 issue.

Steve Webster

Group Development Worker

Steve runs weekly support groups for Carers, provides a safe place for them to chat, enquires on their wellbeing and offers help when needed. Steve has worked as a volunteer at the centre previously.

Steve generally works on Tues, Thurs and Fridays.
