Carers Strolling Group
The Strolling Group usually meets every month on a Wednesday, for a gentle walk in the Sheffield area. You do not need any specific equipment, but you should wear sensible shoes, bring waterproofs, money for bus/tram fares and a pack-up and drink.
The Group is led by a qualified walk leader and is an opportunity to meet other carers and take part in some gentle exercise.
