For anyone feeling anxious, depressed, stressed - what carer isn't? - a drum, movement and singing workshop is available to anyone aged 18 years and over.
Sessions last for 1 hour over a 10 week period.
Sessions will be held at Buddle Arts Centre, Wallsend.
