Carers Lewisham with funding from our local Mental Health Trust and Lewisham Council has been running regular Well Being Sessions for carers of adults (18-65) with mental health probelsm such as Schizophrenia, Bi Polar etc.

Now we are able to run session for carers of older people with mental health problems including denentia.
