Information Pack for Young Carers and their families
We give all new families referred to us where there is a Young Carer, an Information Pack for Young Carers and their families. In it we explain what services we offer and who is eligible for them. There are also leaflets in simple language which explain a range of mental health and physcial health issues, including drug and alcohol issues aimed at Young Carers with information about where and how to get more detailed information.See publication section for pdf copy of the Pack
