Carers Lewisham runs a Help-line on the following days and times:
Mondays 9.30am - 8.30pm
Tuesdays 9.30am - 6pm (4.30 in school holidays)
Wednesdays 9.30am - 4.30pm
Thursdays 9.30am - 6.00pm (4.30 in school holidays)
Fridays 9.30am - 4.30pm
