Paulo administers the organisation. He is responsible for having an overview of Islington Carers Forum and its developments and seeks funding for new projects. He is instrumental in ensuring that statutory services like the local council and health services take note of carers needs and wishes. He manages the organisation and staff and policies and guidelines for good practice, such and health and safety, complaints, etc.
