Do you have concerns about your own health and worry about what will happen to the person you care for if you are taken ill? For example, you may look after someone who would be too confused to get help if you were taken ill at home.
Carers can phone Carers Bromley every morning and leave a message to say they are all right. If you don't phone in, we will check that you and the person you look after are OK.
