Craniosacral Therapy for Carers
These 'hand on' therapy sessions are being offered in Beckenham and are suitable for all ages and conditions.
Craniosacral Therapy is not massage but, through very light touch, stress and tensions held in the body can be identified and relieved. Sessions can be very relaxing and nurturing.
Each session lasts about 50 minutes and costs only £5.
