We urgently need some volunteer therapists to help us to give a rest and a break to our carers once a month.
The day is held in the first Friday of each month at Christchurch in North Finchley,from 10.00am - 3.00pm.
We need volunteers for:

• Manicures
• Head and shoulder Massage
• Reflexology
• Hand Massage
  If you can spare some time just 5 hours per month to help our carers we would love to hear from you, please call Fiona on 020 8343 9698 for more information. Travel and parking expenses will be covered and lunch provided.
