There are over 7 million carers in the UK. At The Carers Trust we aim to provide them with the support, advice and information necessary to assist them.
We rely entirely on the generosity of individual donations to help us continue our work.
Don't forget to Gift Aid it
To make a donation by cheque, made payable to 'Carers Trust', please send it to Carers Trust, 14, Bourne Court, Southend Road, Woodford Green, Essex, IG8 8HD and include a letter saying on behalf of whom the donation is being made.

| £26 | could help us maintain our online discussion forums that give carers 24-hour access to support from others in the online carers community. |
| £37 | could pay for a specialist ‘transfer board’ to prevent a carer hurting their back when helping to move a disabled person between chairs, toilet seats and beds. |
| £50 | would pay for an older carer to spend an afternoon to do something special with the person they love, without having to worry about their care needs |
| £100 | could send a young carer on a weekend respite break to have some time off from their caring role. |
