Linking up with colleagues

The Trust has set up two email networks for statutory professionals who lead on carers' and / or young carers' issues for a local authority, PCT or other statutory body, which are free to join.

Carers leads - England

Carers leads in local authorities and PCTs can join this network by sending a blank email to: carersleads-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

This will provide you with the following:

  • membership of an email group where network members can ask other members questions and request resources, such as strategies, from other authorities (traffic is pre-moderated to ensure you are not deluged or spammed)
  • a short bi-monthly ebulletin on policy developments, good practice and funding streams

Young carers leads

Statutory professionals working with young carers can join an email group linking non-Princess Royal Trust professionals, which provides access to information, support and good practice sharing opportunities. Sign up by emailing: ycleadprofessionals-subscribe@yahoogroups.com
