The Princess Royal Trust for Carers appoints three new senior fundraising managers
The Princess Royal Trust for Carers, the UK’s leading provider of carers’ support services, has appointed three new members of staff to the Fundraising Team. All the terms of appointment started on Tuesday 5 January 2010.
Lydie Saint-Marc has been appointed to the role of Senior Fundraising Manager (Trusts, Foundations, Statutory and Lottery). Lydie will have overall responsibly for managing the Trusts, Foundations, Statutory and Lottery fundraising function, and developing and implementing its strategy. Lydie joins from Rethink where she was Major Gifts Manager since 2007.
Sophia Smith joins The Trust as Senior Fundraising Manager (Individual Giving). Her role includes developing and implementing the Individual Giving Fundraising Strategy and managing its function. Sophia joins from as her role as Senior Direct Marketing Officer at Friends of the Earth since 2006.
The Trust’s Glasgow office welcomes Yvonne Hughes as the new Senior Fundraising Manager (Major Donors – Scotland) from her recent role as Business Development Manager at Intelligent Office UK since 2005. Yvonne will have overall responsibility for developing and implementing The Trust’s Major Donor Fundraising Strategy in Scotland; managing the Scottish Campaign Board and creating persuasive and innovative proposals to maximise or secure income from a variety of major donors.
