saw this on MSN yesturdayCoffee has already been linked to a lower risk of Alzheimer's disease, and now research suggests that it may also cut the chances of developing dementia by blocking the damage that cholesterol can inflict on the body. The team of US scientists found that a barrier between the blood supply and the brain receives better protection when the body is fed a caffeine supplement

as my cholesterol was 7 last test,
my sister has dementia,
and my mum had alzheimer's
