In chat room tonight I noticed a heading "Voice Chat". Is this something new and how does it work?

it's something our chat provider included - but just two connections and they are not currently live. We're not planning to introduce this at the moment, but it there's a special reason someone would like to use it they can contact me at web@carers.org .
