Self Injury!
For anyone who needs help with that, this is a new site.
I will put a little of the thoughts behind the setting up of this on the board.As my main carer, my mum felt increasingly isolated and didn't know how to support me - especially with the self-injury, which at times became very dangerous. There was no local support in the area for either of us, so we have now started up our own initiative called "No Secrets" - www.sthnosecrets.co.uk . My mum runs a group for carers of those who self-injure and I run one for people who self-injure. Both groups have proved to be a useful and helpful source of support for local people.

I was truly enlightened,by the site you have mentioned.Well done to your mother and you for creating this site.
No secrets , i found to be really good site for me to visit as it has good links for people to visit ,who self harm.I will be showing the site to the group ,i am a part of and perhaps pass on the links to them.Its avery good site you have built for people in your area. Keep up the good work and well done again. ian
