as I understand it that if you get carers allowance then a full stamp is paid which goes towards your pension
but not 100% sure

yes thats right i was told that by the tax office and have automatically been credited with that time if you want to check its uptodate just give them a ring they are very helpful x Smile emoticon

I get carer allowance, but had to ask for and complete a home responsibilities protection form to receive entitlement to national insurance contributions towards my pension.

The form had to be filled in annually, but last year I received a letter stating as long as I continues to receive carer allowance the credits would be made automatically.
