As there was a lot of interest in completing this study online, the deadline has now been extended to the end of August.
Carers in Scotland are being invited to take part in an online survey to find out what you think about the quality of the support services you receive and the difference these have made to you or the person you care for.
You can fill in the online questionnaire here (please note, the deadline has been changed to 31 August):
