Hiya Bee,

I was fortunate that a kind neighbour made a few all in one suits for my son. It may be a cheaper option if you can find a local seamstress.

hi Bee,when my youngest son was a baby he had acute ezema,we found a company called COTTON ON they sell all in ones (babay grows)for all ages which button up at the back,which prevents them from scratching or maybe getting to their nappie,they are made from 100% cotton which prevents the sweating and the seams are flat which also adds to the comfort.

verbautday do a lot of stuff like that for up to about 16. Probalems are its expensive and often the clothes come up smaller, so If i buy from them I buy bigger sizes.
they do smart trousers with elastic waists too which are great for kids who cant do buttons and zips .
(I know ive spelt it wrong but its a french company)

ive used the kcsleepsuits 4 3yrs now , i always buy a size up as my daughter is tall + they r very plain but perfect 4 nappy wearers, they r £14.95 + £1.50 post 4 age 10/14 . cheaper 4 smaller sizes. hope this helps/ love barbara xxx

Hi - Pure Cotton Comfort used to sell all in one nightsuits. Also Avantal Blue Suit can be all in one - both these are really for eczema but might well be suitable. Both have websites I believe.
