Baby P

I would love to know the feelings of the rate payers in Haringey about the sanctioning of their money to protect this trio?

i dont live in haringey, but i was reduced to tears over this poor little chap. How can people be so cruel to such a tiny defenceless little tot ? When i read that childs torture and how they broke his back, i cried. That child is now at peace and hopefully playing with the angels where no one can touch him or hurt him again.
As for his mother and her partner? well lets just say, they will have to be in solitary confinement for the rest of their time in prison because they will be quite rightly so, beaten to a pulp. I also hope that they both rot in hell.
strong words i know, but i have nothing but hatred for them. Crying emoticon Cursing emoticon

I have not followed what has been said in the media as I found it too distressing.

I just pray that a lesson has been learnt from this awful tragedy and that all vulnerable children and adults are protected from these evil monsters and appropriate action is taken with all those involved

the whole episode is a total disgrace, the police wanted him taken into care and social services said no, the police should have had the power to just remove him from the danger, I sincerely hope changes are made and this is never allowed to happen again.

The police have taken her latest baby girl from her, despite the 'gooders at Haringey council wanting to keep them together. Daft idea, she is going down for a long stretch, not long enough to mine and other people's minds, but jail nonetheless.

You can help get the people at Haringey dealt with by signing the petition here

Not normally a fan of the Sun, but in this case I agree.

I havn't been following this story because I find it too distressing. I know a child who suffered quite badly. I just thank God that Newcastle has some very good and concientious social workers. The child in question is now safe and happy Smile emoticon

They should sack, name and shame everyone who kept this beautiful little lad with these monsters. They should also never be allowed in jobs that involve child protection.
I hope when they get to prison all the wardens turn a blind eye and these monsters have a taste of what they did to this little lad.

The only good thing is that no one can hurt him anymore and he is no longer in pain.

I couldn't read about this case it was too upsetting. I feel so angry at the people involved. including the incompetent idiots paid to protect him. It the poor baby was an animal he would've been removed by the RSPCA long ago. I think we're becoming a nation where red tape replaces common sense Sad emoticon Angry emoticon
