Has anyone any experience of stage 3 social service complaints?
I ve just been given the date for my "hearing" and I would love to hear anyone elses experiences. I think my local authority have been quite shocked that I have taken my complaint this far. Im a little nervous but what keeps me going is the thought of all the other families who dont have the energy to make a stand and fight for their rights.
I have also found it highly amusing to watch the LA fall over themselves to "put things right" but only because I have complained and continue to complain.
I d love to hear any experiences.

Well done for reaching stage 3! It is easier to climb Mount Everest than to reach stage 3.
Please do not be nervous and if possible take someone with you for moral support plus as a witness. If you feel your nerve going then remember the initial reason that you made the complaint and remember how fuming you were....enough to have persisted with the complaint.
In our case they dragged the procedure out for so long that new issues started to arise and things seemed never ending.
Watch out if they either lie or 'add' things to their report (in their favour of course)...I found them to be as devious as a bag of weasels.
The very best of luck and well done for your tenacity! Please let us know how things went. We are all with you!!!
