I've had carewatch in place looking after my father and brother for approx. 3 years. In this time I've had nothing but bother regarding the standard of care, time keeping and record keeping amongst other things. As a result of this I have decided to take my complaints to the care commision, MP and soon the local media. My complaints have fallen on Deaf ears at Social Services and with Carewatch themselves.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has dealt with Carewatch and any problems they may have encountered. I am particularly intersted in stories from the North East but would like to hear from anyone. I would just like to know I'm not alone in dealing with this problem.
