Book about Carers Experiences

I and proberbly a lot of other people have read "The Selfish pigs guide to caring" but I have started to write down my experiences as a carer over the last 14 years. I have decided that as humour hasn't even began to get us carers better help with services and benefits etc. someone should tell it like it is. Some of the chapter headings are:-

Carers Assessments:- What a joke
Respite Care:- Only if you don't need it
Social Workers:- The caring profession that
doesn't.
Benefits:- Welcome to the poverty trap.

I am hoping to be able to give a broader picture than just the fun and games that I have had over the years All contributions will be welcome and names etc would be changed if carers didn't want to identified. Your help with this project would be appreciated
