Nothing to stop you filling in the forms for her but if she is over 16 you need to ask Social Services to be made an appointee or you can apply through the Public Guardians Office for Lasting Power of Attorney. How capable is she? Smile emoticon

Hi Buddy. Daughter had temporal lobe epilepsy from aged 3 but had to wait until she was 5 years old then claimed and recieved DLA high rate care, medium rate moblity. Best wishes Smile emoticon

There is actually a space on the form for things like fits, going unconcious etc. My daughter has diabetes and this is the area of the form I put loads of detail!!! Good luck Smile emoticon
