Bug hugs Loopy, I know how you fel , I have had a s & d bug since thursday and still cant eat or go out and feel sorry for myself today. Oh to be able to go to bed and recover wouldnt that be nice. No wonder so many of us are always ill, we arent allowed to recover, just get on with it, bet there isnt another job that expects that of you and an unpaid one at that

When am feeling low I go and put the kettle on (thank goodness for the good old cup of Engilsh Tea!) make a cuppa and sit down for a few moments and drift into a world of my own.

thank you for all your lovely replies. feeling a bit better now. Have just been thinking about my life in general today. I dont know what made me do it but i actually said some prayers !! Dont ask me why because i really dont know why i did it. I am not a religious person by nature, but sometimes i think that maybe if i talked to jesus he might listen ! no bugger else does !
