There are telephone lines for help, but it is awfully difficult to say what the problem is, and even more difficult for the receiving end. Go into the www.direct.gov.uk website and find the numbers there for carers and others. They do try, I know, but sometimes........................

Sorry you are having a hard time.

Why dont you sign into the chat room on this site one evening. Everyone will make you welcome and its a chance to talk to other carers.
