I care for my 3yr old daughter

I just found this web site and thought I was alone feeling stress out about everything...My daughter has cp and other medical problems along with sereve developmental problems, she is 3 but mentaly is 12 months...she can only roll over..and is tring to set up..my mother has tought her how to hug...I live Madison, In USA...And I am tring to start a foundation in my daughters name to help other children like her because I feel we are not getting the support and help well need...
