Any Help or advice

I am new to the site and have been looking through all the discussions that take place within the site and I am very impressed.
I am wondering if anyone knows of any help I can receive with doing a loft convertion. I live in a private rented property and need an extra bedroom for my grandaughter who is nearly 14 she is currently having to share with her brother of 11. I have tried various charities and organisations and social services but they are not much help at all. I am a carer of 15 yrs looking after my father in law with my hubby and our 2 grandchildren for the last 7yrs who both have ADHD. Any help or advice would be grate as things are getting critical at home and my grandaughter just wants "Her own space".
