Hi, I hope we can help you if only to listen as you have a moan, we all do from time to time. I look after my dad ( besides my daughter ) so I know what its like as do many others in here.

Hi there.

Just Google DWP (Dept of Work and Pensions) and you will find all information necessary to obtain help. There's a Carers link. I found all the information I needed in order to get assistance for my mum who cares for dad (I have to care for both of them)! Keep smiling darling. It is so so difficult I know. When you can, put the radio on and listen to the music you enjoy or your CDs for that matter. Even for half an hour it helps to cope with the stress.
Write your concerns here. People are good and you will receive so much support from us all even though we will probably never meet. There are literally millions of us out there in the very same boat. Remember. The boat WILL NOT SINK! There is ALWAYS a remedy for everything. You know what keeps me sane? I have my own motto:"THE ONLY THING WE CANNOT REMEDY IS DEATH"! Everything else we can remedy. 4 years back I lost my darling sister to cancer and that's when I realized. So remember. For EVERYTHING there is a remedy!
Take care now and keep writing your thoughts and worries here. It will help you immensely.
