I am mum to thomas who is 7 and suffers ADHD. Life can be very stressful and am looking for other local parents with children with ADHD or similar conditions to meet up or chat with to compare notes!

if anyone lives in North Tyneside and is a parent or carer of a child with ADHD or ASD there is a new support group which is held every third Wednesday of the month at North tyneside Carers Centre. I am unsure of the time which they meet up but you can find the centres telephone number on this website if you look on the home page and where it says to find your local centre click on for North East you will find details for North Tyneside carers centre on there. (Sorry for the long winded details but I am not sure if I can put the telephone number on the discussion board) but it is available on the this web site.
