For some reason I can't get into the Chatroom at the moment .... anyone who has the time to search out my new blogspot with the above title might find it of some interest.
It's taken a WHOLE MONTH for me to lose patience with inconsiderate drivers, but I don't expect this "Name and Shame" policy will he particularly effective (unless I can persuade a significant number of others to contribute times, dates and registrations???????)
